I wrote Perceptual Integration–The Mechanics of Awakening to help us understand self-awareness as a natural gift that can imbue ordinary life with extraordinary experience. My book is part memoir, part workbook, part guidebook, and a step-by-step approach to mastering attention, the key to expanding awareness.

My book carefully lays out three primary skills for developing self-awareness and provides forty simple practices to train our attention, open access to inner wisdom, and bring all the benefits of self-awareness into our everyday life and relationships.

This book is the culmination of 30 years mentoring hundreds of people in the art of perceptual integration, helping others to expand and utilize their endowment of self-awareness.

Perceptual Integration–The Mechanics of Awakening is now a Silver-Best Winner of the 2014 Nautilus Book Awards!
